Return Eligibility

Refund Process

We'll send you a return authorisation and shipping label within 2 business days.

Ship the product back
Pack securely and ship using the provided label or your preferred carrier.

Inspection completed
We inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receipt.

Refund issued
Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, colour, or replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
